As a lowly new guy myself, I was in the area and stopped in on 8 June 25. I met Tucker, who I now see is of google review fame (and rightfully so). Tucker was very welcoming and asked a couple questions to figure out where I was at. He sat me down, gave me a quick crash course, set me loose with some cutters, and let me build my first model (super painless - do it). We all survived, including the model, got to keep it.
Tucker helped me pick a direction to get me started that was right for me, and helped me pick out what I would need to get me there.
