Dollar General — Local services in Athens

RUDE!! Asked cashier lady how to use the DG Cash I had. She got upset and clearly didn’t want to bother with it. She told me since I didn’t have enough in my cart to use it all I would have to tell her how much of it I wanted to use. I asked her what my total was and she said she couldn’t tell me. I knew it was under $10 so I just guessed and said use $6. THEN she tells me my total is over $15. I said that can’t be right. I didn’t buy that much. She proceeds to blame me for trying to use the DG Cash. Turns out she CHARGED me an extra $6 instead of taking it out of my total. Oh but it’s still my fault! I asked her to just start over and don’t bother using the DG Cash, so she did and griped at me the whole time. Even the lady in line behind me was shocked at the cashiers behavior. My ending total was just over $9. What good is it to have this DG Cash if the cashier is to incompetent and rude to use it? We all have bad days, but there’s no excuse for being so rude...

Everything was fine until I got to the register with Karen. I got 10 dollars cash back, and I politely asked if I could have two 5 dollar bills and was told in a rude way NO I just got here. I politely okay and asked if I could get my bag which was turned next to her and I was told next time to turn it. Do better dollar general. I'm starting to hate coming in here. The manger that wears glasses works at this dollar general is very rude and mean towards customers I have never been more embarrassed by someone in my life. I was short 35 cents and she was very unprofessional saying nasty comments bout me to other people in store had attitude about everything.
