The filet mignon hibachi meal was amazing! Steak pieces were tender and cooked to perfection, and the seasoning was perfect. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to eat my salad before the rest of my meal came (salad shouldn't take 20 minutes!). I was getting very cold in the restaurant, and the open kitchen meant fish smell emanates throughout the entire place, so at least getting my salad sooner would've given me something else to do besides ruminate on the unpleasant environment. Read moreHusband had the shrimp and chicken hibachi. It was very good. The sauce was a great compliment and didn't overpower the flavors of the chicken or shrimp. He was given fried rice which he doesn't care for and not given the option of white rice. I didn't care for the rice either and I usually order it. I had the shrimp tempora bento box. It was ok but wouldn't order again. All the items were heavily fried and greasy. The calamari was way over cooked and greasy as well as the dumplings. BUT, the sushi was outstanding. My salmon roll had a large portion of salmon in it, the eel in my eel roll was hot (not many places I've been to serve it that way [and I've been to a lot], but it's SOOOO much beter than it being cold), my mom got the filet mignon and scallops whch were super amazing as well! Their miso soup was pretty good and their fried rice was a bit diffrent but not in a bad way. All in all, its now my favorite sushi place within 200 miles of where I live and trust me, Ive been to just about...
