Office Depot — Local services in Athens

Since approx 2012 have just used mainly the print and copy department and have purchased product here and there. No problems ever. Employees provide help, they are friendly, professional, and prompt service is never lacking. Very nice💫

However, march 2019 decided to use their computer tech service. On that initial service will have to say the experience was confusing as well as very disappointing; left me feeling "empty" knowing in my gut things got messed up. Kept having issues; found out my administrator key had been compromised; 🤷so finally i go in today, 5/2/19 and complain. I had had it up to here!

Management not only went right to work; the team exceeded any reasonable expectation going way above and beyond their duty... Thank you Office Depot❣️ for your integrity & turning a great disappointment into a wonderful experience. 😘

btw people, you who are reading this review...the tech stayed 2 hours over to "fix" the problem! It seemed his delight to do it! I am without words, and so very grateful to you Wendell and team.wow. big hugs to all. Am bringing a hummingbird cake soon for all to feast upon and enjoy😁 Thanks again to all for your "over the top" acts of unexpected kindness!

If I could rate a zero Used the self printer on the 12/30/22 around 2:15ishpm printed my receipt paid what I owed which was right under $14.00 I paid At the register and left the store have not been back,. Unpon checking my bank statement before bed the same day I notice I had 4 additional charges equaling over $105 from them. Called tried to to figure out the deal and talked to 3 different people one being the manager Lauren and a gentleman who claimed they were “ghost charges “ and wasn’t sure how that was happening and advised me to dispute the charges so I called my bank while on the phone with Office Depot on 12/31/22and disputed 4 charges totaling OVER $105 should be done and over with. Few days go by and my bank statement shows everything With dispute 👍 case closed.

As of 1-4-23 I Have additional charge of $47.00 which I did not do. *

I had to go in to have certificates printed and another day I had to go in and have some very small print made into a section. On both days the staff was very pleasant and patient with me. The young lady worked tirelessly to shrink the words I needed in such a small space. For the certificates I had to constantly keep looking at different things to see where they were and which ones I needed. The young lady never once made me feel bad for taking up her time word for not knowing what I needed. I will always come to the store and I will always recommend the store. Is very clean orderly and with just the right amount of help that you may need from time to time whether it's a little or a lot. Way to go Office Depot! Not every sore can match your customer...
