If I could give this less than 1 star I would.
The lobby was closed, we found out after parking our car by a small sign on the door.
There were 9 cars in front of us in the drive thru, which doesnt sound bad except that once you turn into the parking lot, you cant exactly leave without cars pulling through the drive through.
We decided to go through the drive through anyway, as we were here and it's pretty much all we cane to town for. It took us no exaggeration 16 minutes for 3 cars to order for us to be able to order.
At the drive through order box we sat and waited another 4 minutes before they were ready for our order. We had to repeat everything twice- simple orders numbered combos no substitutions or anything...
After ordering we then waited another 9 minutes to get to the window- where we then sat and waited another 4 minutes.
The drinks were over carbonated and gross (not mixed right like they were allll carbonated water), there were no napkins- which became a problem when leaving as the lid wasnt closed on the popcorn chicken which was in the top of the bag- that also wasnt stacked right. When we left the parking lot the bag flipped over spilled chicken all over the floorboard and then my pants (yay cheeto stain)
The parking lot is awful, the service is slow,
37 minutes to get in (not counting the time I took to park and get out and get back in my car due to the lobby being closed) and leave.
First time going to that location and it will be my last. I should have gone next door to Julio's. And will for sure...

Decided to arrive early at 6:55 just to let them know I was here… knowing it likely wasn’t ready but decided to check in. Well thank goodness as the drive through worker told me, “yeah that hasn’t even been processed it’ll be another 15-20 mins. Tried to use the website to file a formal complaint. Was told to reference the order my email was associated with the. Sent a email with my order status. Second screen shot. Note the gaslighting. Time was 7:06 and told my order was ready at 7:00. Continue to sit for another 10 minutes. I would file more but literally no one cares to answer their “customer service” Channels and no one will care about this review or experience. But maybe someone else Might read and learn. Even went inside to try and resolve it. Everyone looked at me like was a crazy person and made no effort to explain, apologize or even help me understand what I could have done different. So glad we smashed a historic home for this place....
   Read moreOrdered through the mobile app 30 mins in advance for my kids. Get to the restaurant nothing was prepared, then they came and said they had none of my ordered chicken cooked. Then they only had a forth of the order in non crispy. Finally told them to throw in whatever they had. Settled for soggy non crispy chicken regretfully. Waited while they cooked the fries an additional 10 mins past the due time for my order. None of the workers showed any sense of urgency and appeared put out. No one appeared to be happy working there sadly. The manager (or what appeared to be) sat on their butt the entire time as though that’s typical of the business they are running. Bad experience all around. Don’t waste your money on their over priced food. KFC could learn a thing or two from...
