Dairy Queen Store — Restaurant in Athens

We took our grandchildren by DQ on Sunday for lunch and ice cream, the works there all came out and asked if we had a mask we said no we don't and they asked us to leave, they were very rude and said you have to have a mask to come in their place of business or your not allowed, they were very, very rude . As we walked our three grandsons out they were very upset and one of them cried. They were very upset and couldn't understand why we were asked to leave and why they couldn't eat lunch or have ice cream and they definitely could not understand why the workers there were being so rude and ugly. But the workers didn't just stop there, they followed us all the way to the door spouting off stuff and slapping at a sign that read no mask, no service! And as I was buckling in our two year old grandson one worker even came outside the door placing her hand on the door and circling the sign as the other worker stayed on the other side of the door and they continued to mouth off back and forth. This was one of the most horrible things ever and I will never go back into this Dairy Queen...

Called an order in this afternoon around 1:35 pm (Dude sandwich with Ranch Dressing & a Med Coke); told them I would be there in about 10 mins through the drive, to pick it up. Upon arriving & telling the girl (Ashley)through the speaker that I was there to pick up a call in order, at first she proceeded to tell me that she deleted the order, but said they had the order 🤔 Anyways, there were several cars ahead of me & the car directly in front of me was waiting a good bit for 2 country baskets (not sure if steak or chicken), but instead of pulling that car & giving me my order (that was called in 15-20 mins prior by that time), I had to wait. Once I got my food & left & proceeded to eat it, it did NOT have Ranch on it (didn't have mayonnaise either); it was DRY! I specifically told them on the phone, as well as @ the speaker, NUMEROUS times, that I wanted Ranch dressing on it instead of mayo. As long as I had to wait, and then the order wound up being incorrect, I feel I deserve a FREE meal for the gas I burned sitting...

Honestly the worst DQ I have ever been too , the workers are always rushing you except for this sweet old lady who is always nice and just the best one there. Btw they close at 10:00 pm so if you want anything make sure to get there before 8:00pm because they seem to hate when you show up two hours before they close and order something! I guess the spend the last Two or three hours of work trying to close the place idk lol. And even if they aren’t busy you still have to pull forward and wait 15 minutes for you’re melted ice cream/ blizzard to come out. If. I wanted to drink my ice cream I’d melt it myself , and the lady who walked out the orders on 06/14/22 at 8:39 you definitely need a new job you have yet to get anything we have ordered right and I’m sorry if you have had a bad day but it seems that you are having a bad one every time we have come , ps how hard is it to remember how to make a...
