I've been hooked ever since my friend brought me to their Friday night restorative class. I credit Active Sol with helping me rekindle my love of yoga. All of the instructors are fabulous, but I particularly love Katie and Yochai's classes. The atmosphere is very nonjudgmental and there is a great variety in classes. Been here a handful of times and can't say enough Great things! I am by no means a yogi ...I can't really do a downward dog , BUT I do like to relax and unwind...the Friday "happy hour" class is heavenly. They are super friendly and helpful . No intimidation here. Water, tea and chocolates are nice touch! Bathroom is clean and facility is very homey! A beautiful tucked away studio in the middle...
