What can I say about the representative who helped me out extremely today. Ms. India Bryant customer service was OUT OF THIS WORLD. I was paying high premium due to speeding ticket and was unable to even add my sister on my insurance policy with my OLD CAR INSURANCE because in their terms "MY SISTER DID NOT HAD ENOUGH DRIVING EXPERIENCE" even though she have been driving at the age of 21. My OLD CAR INSURANCE POLICY did not want to include where she used to drive before moving to Georgia, which was the United States Virgin Islands. If I had chosen to add her still, it would've been an additional $150 to a little bit over $200 added on.

Well, I have been doing some secret prayers to my beloved God and trying to figure out how I was going to find more affordable insurance and insurance that would add my sister on as well. Well, when people say it always happens on God's timing, let me say that is certainly true. Ms. Bryant contacted out of the blue and got the ball rolling. It had a minor few mishaps due to my OLD CAR INSURANCE POLICY, but once I provided Ms. Bryant with the needed documents she took over once again and gave me the best news I received this week.

I was able to switch, add my sister on, and still get a cheaper policy with all the coverage I had from my previous car insurance policy and a lower deductible with a few extra perks that I don't believe I had before. I was amazed by the amount she stated due to my recent driving record, which Ms. Bryant was well aware of. Well, Ms. Bryant, you got not 5 stars but 10 STARS from me. I appreciate everything that you did, and you were able to fulfill not only my concerns but my needs as well.

Another Update: It is now 2025 and I am still with Mr. Thompson. India helped educate me on their homeowners insurance and I gladly switched to State Farm after being with another company for a few years. She was very informative and thorough with all the information. I am truly grateful to be insured with a company who explains the coverage needed specifically for me. Update: It is now 2024 and I am still with Mr. Thompson. I called in and Meshana was an absolute professional and helped continue my 10+ years of service with State Farm. The staff is always amazing, but Meshana quickly came through with everything I needed for the keep me as a customer. Beyond satisfied as always.
