I absolutely love ice cream and I believe it's always a good time to have it. It's never too cold! So I finally visited Aiskrimu which means ice cream in Swahili.

This is such a cozy shop in the Cascade area and I absolutely love that they have soft serve ice cream, and they have vegan options.  I had the strawberry and vanilla swirl in a cup $6. It's one size and you can get toppings for an extra charge ($0.75). It's a very generous portion.  They have pints of ice cream to go in the freezer and Icould not pass up an opportunity to get the vegan matcha ice cream ( $9) that I heard was a fan favorite. They have a sofa and chairs inside so you can enjoy your ice cream and it's a very welcoming environment. Excellent service, chill music, and a very comfortable seating. They rotate their flavors each month. In addition to the soft serve ice cream, you can also get ice cream sandwiches, popsicles, milkshakes, and they also have cookies. I will definitely return to try some...
