Lazy Foodies Bookings — Local services in Atlanta

I was referred to Lazy Foodies by a friend to use for my daughter’s birthday party. Unfortunately for me thins didn’t work out. I contacted them over a month out from the party, I like things done well in advance. Andrea told me she was working on it but it was hard to find someone because of my location. Weeks went by and I heard nothing so I made alternate plans. But then I get a call and was told she got a truck for me & it was perfect. I went against my gut feeling (that’s my fault) and booked the truck. My event started at 3 & I was told the truck would be there at 2. Well, no truck ever showed up & I was just given excuses. So I had to get pizza in a pinch for my guests so that there was SOMETHING for them to eat. I was refunded my deposit (happy I didn’t pay in full as requested) but I would have rather had the food truck for my event. I don’t know who’s at fault but because my dealings were with “Lazy Foodies” and not the truck itself, that’s where I place it. Hopefully someone gets better...

My husband and are in GA visiting family. We're from California. Came across this truck at an event today. Food is AMAZING. Fish was fresh and hot. I'm not even a hush puppy fan but both my husband and I loved these! Also loved the shrimp and the CORN! I could just tell right away this was going to some good eats. Seasoning is great. But even better than the food was the customer service! Something that is lacking in this day and age. Smiles, patience in explaining the options and an appreciative attitude for our business. The food truck came to our office building today. I ordered the teriyaki rice bowl with salmon. There was a bit of a wait (30+ minutes) which I understand because 1) it’s a food truck and 2) there were a lot of people (ahead of me). Anyway, I gave it a one star because the wait was extremely long for all the food that looked like it was already cooked and on warmers. More importantly, the rice was too mushy!
