I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered 2 custom duffle bags for my kids on December 3rd. I received an email on December 18th that they made a mistake on my sonâs bag but they were all sold out of the print I chose. They asked if I asked if I could switch to a different print- I emailed back that day 2 hours later asking what the mistake was and if it wasnât the initials then just to send it anyway as I needed it for Christmas. It is now December 20th- I have written multiple emails and I have gotten no response. No one picks up phone number listed on their email - it just rings and rings. Currently their website says up to 10 days for custom orders due to holiday rush. Itâs now been 17 days since I placed the order. Not to mention- where is my daughterâs duffle bag and hat that I ordered?!?!
Update: itâs now December 23rd and I have not heard one peep from Little Chicken. Iâve paid $150 for nothing. Disgraceful. Thanks for taking gifts away...

Unfortunately had a disappointing experience with an order on a custom jacket and hat. I placed the order on December 5th and was able to see that a âlabel was createdâ for UPS the next day but there is still no progress with this order. I havenât received any responses from the multiple emails Iâve sent but did receive a response back from an Instagram DM. Little Chicken claims there was an issue with the mail and that they would make a new jacket as a replacement but I still havenât heard back if this will happen. Ultimately would love to receive the custom jacket & hat and happy to update this review if it happens! I hate writing a negative review but it seems like it could be the only way to make this...

As an update, within an hour of posting this review I received an email saying that the order shipped early this month but must have gotten lost in the mail (no tracking info provided) and, more frustrating, that the jacket was sent without all of the selected patches. There was no prior outreach for approval or chance to choose different patches. They offered to redo the jacket but now wouldnât be able to fulfill the rest of my order.
