Yesterday was my first visit to nova farms and I originally had heard really great things about them, but had a not so great experience! I am an oil user and have been for quite some time and I have been to numerous dispensaries to purchase oils and various tanks. I went into Nova farms and retrieved my oil which took some time due to issues on their computers. While everyone was really nice, the music was so loud that I had to basically yell through my mask to ask questions about their products - side note would be to lower the music in there so people can actually have back and forth conversations. Once in my car, I opened the box to my oil cartridge which was “suppose” to be .5 grams of oil. Right away the tank looked short, but I said to myself maybe it just needs to be placed upright for the oil to settle for a little bit. After about 30 minutes of letting the oil settle, I was able to see indeed the tank was short oil. I tried calling at least 5 times after I went there at 11am, but there’s no humans answering the phone - I have never experienced not being able to get in contact with a dispensary to ask questions about my order!! I also sent an email twice and received no email back at all and it’s not like I waited all day to send my concerns out!! I paid $78 for a half a gram of oil that I did not get and let’s be honest between the ridiculous taxes and wait; I expected to get the product I ordered! I have never purchased a tank meant to hold .5 grams of oil or even a full gram of oil, be short like the tank I received. I also read angry reviews that stated they don’t take oil items back after the box has been open, but how the hell can you see if your tank is full or damaged unless you open the box?! After multiple attempts to get in contact with anybody, I went to the Millis dispensary to have a personal contact of mine look at the tank and immediately they had said the tank was definitely not filled correctly at all and should have been able to hold exactly .5 grams of oil not the .3 it has in it. I am incredibly angry and frustrated with the lack of professionalism with this store and at least an email back would have been appreciated. I also wasn’t looking for a replacement, because I’m sure I wouldn’t get it or even a refund, but acknowledgement and maybe a store credit would be nice. It was not a great experience and I will not be back nor will a refer any of my friends there. Been there a couple times recently in Attleboro, Dori helped me yesterday, she was the coolest, most patient Budtender (even with a line). She's definitely a huge asset to the company and wears a real smile, made me feel totally chill, not rushed. I'm part of a family business and finding good employees is not easy. Nova farms itself is an awesome experience, very competitive prices, beating most of the competition. I cannot lie, i am a cannabis enthusiast I go to a lot of dispos, but Dori and the prices will keep me coming back. (And I live near many dispos, NOVA is like an hour away, I don't care, it's worth it). I'm disgusted by the review some old timer wrote because he doesn't wanna use technology...anything u wanna know u can easily find out "buddy" alot of harsh words for a store that doesn't deserve that. In reality, that's how it works, feel free to browse, feel free to use a kiosk if u don't have a phone.... but don't dump on a bud tender and a store because you didn't follow policy. I'm sorry, But the people that work at that store are very nice and very helpful. You probably came off with an attitude. The owner is trying so hard to be nice. Great prices and products, however I had an experience that was very unprofessional. It's a bit of a drive to Nova, but they often have some lower priced concentrates, so I make sure to pre-order what I want after I look at the menu so I know what I'm getting. I saw that they had one concentrate that was much lower than the others and decided to order it. I arrived to pick up my order after the long drive and was told my order could not be found. I showed them the order was placed and the text message confirmation. I was told these things happen and that sometimes orders are GIVEN AWAY on accident due to an error in the system. Ok, that's fine. I explained to them that I drove pretty far for this one item and asked if they could substitute a similar item of price and quality. They told me I could pick one out myself and that the next closest item was about double the price of what I'd previously ordered. Alright, I said, well I don't want to leave without anything but I didn't plan on paying that much for the item I wanted. I was informed by the manager that there was absolutely nothing they would do to support the situation short of apologize for the inconvenience.
