I was told to go here as it is highly reviewed and I have been looking for a new place. Made an appointment for last Saturday to get my nails done for vacation. Both my pedicure and wax were fine. My acrylic full set on the other hand was not. I had Sam and from what I could observe, he is highly sought after. After my experience, I’m not sure why. I told him I wanted a coffin shape and shorter. I had to tell him shorter 3 times and each time I could tell he was judging my choice. Finally I just said okay even though they were still longer than I wanted. From there he was very rough with me and I could tell he was just trying to finish as soon as possible. Normally I look over my nails as they are getting done to make sure there is nothing wrong but I was watching something on my phone. Once he painted them I noticed he was about to put the top coat on when I reminded him of the design I wanted. He looked at it again and said “easy” but then proceeded to mess it up but I said it was fine. At that point I just wanted to leave. After I left I noticed that there were little bumps in my nails from polish. The “Coffin” shape was uneven (might as well have just gotten square), and many of my nails were extremely crooked. I got a gift card for top nails and it was my first time going here so I was skeptical. However when I walked in I was pleasantly greeted by the staff and asked me the questions like how are you, what can we do for you, pick a color. An older woman did my nails, her attention to it was very professional. I asked for short almond nails and she delivered. Towards the end it started to get busy and a younger man, Sam, finished up my nails. When he went to paint them the color I had picked out looked different on my nail than it did on display. I asked if we could do a different one and I felt really bad but he was patient. He picked a different shade that wasn’t quite right but another man asked me to pull up the photo I took of the nail on display and picked out the right one shade. I’m really happy the way they came out, the professionalism of the staff and the welcoming environment. The only thing that I wasn’t super happy with was the price, they were $55. Which isn’t a lot but more than what I usually pay. But for the quality I would say it’s worth it. Definitely be coming back to use up the rest of...

Came into Top Nails for a quick fill because I was in a hurry and had the pleasure of meeting Peter. VERY happy with my nails as the quality of his work did not suffer from the speed at which he worked. Peter is definitely my new nail guy- thanks again!

7/29/21 I've been going to Top Nails in Attleboro for a while now and decided to post this super cool nail art Peter did on my finger nails. Cannot wait for my baby's Glow party tomorrow because my nails are LIT! Literally, Peter used glow in the dark powder and my nails look SO cool. I also had the pleasure of meeting Sam who is the MAN when you need a Pedicure! He did SUCH a great job, provided the right amount of pressure, and patiently followed all my requests- did I mention how AMAZING the massage was?!!! Omg, I wish I could get a full body massage because I was SO relaxed that I didn't realize when the massage chair stopped.
