Placed an online order at 7:30 on a Saturday night. Expected delivery time was in an hour. At 9:00 I call to check on the status of our order but the call gets dropped instantly, repeatedly. I go to the restaurant because our payment went through with no dinner to show for it. The manager apologized and said their phone and internet was down so they were unable to receive orders. He asked me the name on the order and was able to pull up the order on his cell within 30 seconds. Literally. He told me to take a seat and they'd make it then. I told him I'd like a partial refund to make good on the inconvenience (including the delivery charge when I went THERE to get it). Nope, wouldn't do it. So I told him I no longer wanted the food. No harm, no foul. No food wasted, no money spent, right? Nope. Said he couldnt give me a refund because I placed the order online and we could cancel the order through the website. He just kept saying it wasn't his fault - which I understand, but its still your responsibility to make good on it. Went home, tried to cancel the order but there is no option to edit or cancel an order. Called the restaurant and spoke with a very nice gentleman who spoke with the manager and said that he was busy and I needed to call back after they closed like an hour later...the manager HAD my order. HAD my contact information. Couldn't call us to let us know our dinner wasn't coming, or go old school and scrap to get orders out through his email notifications. Terrible customer service. Read moreI have reviewed this restaurant several times on Yelp. They ranged drastically from meal to meal. Several times I got chicken fingers where one or two seemed like they were recooked. They had fresh batter, but the chicken inside was hard as a rock! I also got food that tasted a bit "off." The final order ended in food poisoning! I ate some the night I got it, and refrigerated the rest. The next night I heated some up and ate it for dinner. Not too long after, I had terrible abdominal pain, diarrhea and projectile vomiting! I almost called 911, it was so bad!
Those "off" tasting meals had been a warning I ignored. I will NEVER order food from there again! My guess is that they try to save money by keeping food passed its freshness, thus the hard chicken and "off" tastes. But, by doing so, it made me violently ill. Never again!

Read moreI ordered their Hot & Sour soup, and was told that it was vegetarian with no egg. When it arrived, we suspected it did have egg in it. We called the restaurant back and were told by a different staff member that they did not have any vegetarian soup (all their soups are made with chicken broth), and that the soup did in fact have egg in it. Very disconcerting that we were told this soup was vegetarian to begin with. I advised the restaurant to edit their website, as it is deceiving to advertise a soup as vegetable-based/vegetarian when it is made with chicken broth. So vegetarians/vegans beware that NONE of their soup is veg friendly, and it seems that not all the staff members are made aware of this.
