Taco Bell — Restaurant in Attleboro

I haven't been to taco B in a long time. So I decided to try it the other night. On Pleasant Street in Attleboro and looked at the app and decided what I wanted fiesta fries bowl (something like that) and there was something strange going on with the app I couldn't order it. Come to find out they haven't had fiesta fries in that place since they opened. First time going there already having a problem. That's what I really wanted to order and I couldn't. I was really disappointed I couldn't get what I wanted. I did get two other wraps. They were okay (at best) and I don't really care if I ever go back again. I think that place the way it's running right now is going to lose a lot of business/customers. Good luck I think you might need it. They should have put a Popeye's there. Then KFC probably would have probably went out of business. I would have liked to see that. Or a Burger King and then that would have probably put McDonald's out of business. I believe in consistency that's why a customer would return because they liked it the first time they ordered. McDonald's is not consistent and their menu kind of sucks. Just telling the truth! Good luck again with Taco Bell. The least you could do is have everything that's on the menu/ads. I didn't make a scene didn't raise my voice I'm respectable/normal. And again I ordered something else even though I was disappointed. I would normally have walked out. I probably should have! I went there again 12/27/22 I think I learned something. Really not to go there anymore. Every basically sucked and I tried those cinnamon twist things. And when I ate the first one all I could taste is a little cinnamon/sugar but what I really tasted was oil. Really none of them were seasoned well with cinnamon and sugar. They really did taste like oil! Had to try them, And I'll never order them again. And bought the most expensive steak wrap at $9 with a change/a couple things were added to that steak wrap. I can't think of the name of the steak wrap. Something like the double steak wrap. Actually I really don't care what the name is. I will never order it again it definitely wasn't worth the money. I believe that place is going to need some luck. Then again most people are and will eat sh*t and like it. I think that was the last time I'm going there. Hopefully! And by the reviews it's not looking good for them. But you might get lucky if they screw up your order it might be good. HA-HA! If it was good and I had a positive experience at taco bell I would absolutely give them a good review but I can't. Same goes for a lot other...

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Taco Bell, and I feel compelled to share my negative review. Everything that could go wrong seemed to happen during my visit, from receiving the wrong order to having cold and mishandled food, which posed a serious risk to my health due to their negligence with my allergic items.

First and foremost, the most basic expectation when ordering food is to receive what you actually ordered. Unfortunately, Taco Bell failed miserably in this regard. Not only did they get my order completely wrong, but they seemed oblivious to the fact that accuracy and attention to detail matter to their customers. It's frustrating and time-consuming to deal with incorrect orders, especially when you're already hungry and looking forward to a specific meal.

To make matters worse, when I finally received my order, I discovered that the food was cold and unappetizing. It was evident that it had been sitting out for a while before it was handed to me. Cold tacos and lukewarm burritos are far from appetizing, and it's unacceptable for a fast-food establishment to serve food that is not fresh and hot.

However, the most concerning part of my visit was Taco Bell's blatant disregard for my dietary restrictions. I took the time to inform the staff about my allergies and requested that they take extra precautions. Despite my explicit instructions, they still managed to include allergenic ingredients in my meal. This mistake is not only careless but also potentially life-threatening. Taco Bell needs to recognize the importance of allergen safety and take it seriously to prevent harmful situations for their customers.

Overall, my experience at Taco Bell was an absolute nightmare. From the wrong order to the cold and unappetizing food, topped off with the dangerous mishandling of my allergic items, it's evident that this particular branch lacks basic customer service and attention to detail. I hope this review serves as a warning to others who might consider dining at Taco Bell. Choose a different establishment that values their customers and prioritizes...

Ive been waiting over 40 minutes now to get an order to go inside the fastfood place . Then after waiting a long time the woman that works the told me there out of 2 things i ordered. This is the Worst taco bell hell ive ever been too. Im geting my money back... unbelievable! I give this place 0 stars. Also the girl behind the counter got mad at another waiting custumer standing right next to me for playing with his phone while waiting for his order. She was scared he was recording her she said. I was also playing with my phone giveing this taco bell a bad review waiting to get my money back! She didnt yell at me for playing with my phone. I think she the employee was being racist toward the other upset customer... We were bolth using our phones and she only got rude with him. She didnt say anything to me. She the employee said she was uncomfortable with him recording her. The customer WAS NOT RECORDING HER AT ALL. She was Absolutely racist towards him. Then after all of that i had to ask 3rd time for my money back!!! The manager slammed it on the counter and didnt even apologize too me for waiting 40 minutes for nothing. I didnt yell at anyone i didnt even get upset and loose my sh!t. I just left and thought about what just took place. Unfortunately for them I hope people will hopefully read this post and decide not to vist this tacoo bell from hell. Im shure im not the only upset customer with...
