2 days of obnoxious arrogant rude insulint cynical attitude from the operator that answers the phone when you call the direct number She doesn't know how to pay attention she doesn't know how to listen she is not focused when I first got on the phone was very calm and alternative. I explained to her why I'm calling and what the call is about. She had no comprehension. She had no focus no attention span no knowledge of what I was asking a very simple question any 5 year old child can answer. Her attitude was impatient incoherent and unprofessional. When I ask for a manager she refused me excuses she delayed she procrastinated and she wasted my time. Second day went to the same thing started off on the right foot but it ended up being a disaster a verbal frustration and chaos. I don't care who you hire when you hire the individual you higher but make sure they have excellent customer service and our attentive articulate and knowledgeable about the questions I asked. Make sure you hire somebody with a quality mind control just not anyone who doesn't know how to communicate this did not turn out the way I hope it wood. I am sure I'm not the only one and others who are having the same problem you advertise all over the place like it's such a great hop in place when somebody like her comes along it brings the image down would I recommend this place I don't know never been there don't know anything about it and never got an opportunity to try it out but at this point I would say no now when you have somebody as a pathetically unstable as her. I will be contacted in the county and the City and hope all their ducks are in a row otherwise I would think the reason you over advertise it's because you're probably not getting anyone and you're not drawing enough traffic for anybody to come there. I will be calling some county civil agencies to see if you have all your ducks in a row otherwise don't waste your time purpose energy and wanting people to come here if you're not going to hire quality people that...
Read moreLocal place for freshest veggies straight from the fields and flea market fare. This place is family and dog friendly. They have live free circus shows and alligators. One of the stalls has better brand new kitchen tools than many big stores. One guy sells custom made leather purses, wallets, & belts. One sells tools and medical tools like forceps and tweezers that would make any hobbiest drool right next to the guy that sells bingo dobbers and welcome mats that say "oh no not you again!".
There's lots of free parking on all 4 sides and if you park in the rear be sure to look over the buffalo, goats, and geese behind the fences in the rear. They have wildlife conservation permits and keep all the animals and gators legally.
We take a fold down cart or you can buy one there for shopping and buy all our veggies, stroll around with boiled peanuts and candies pecans, eat at the food vendors or eat snow cones and enjoy looking at the plants, the stall that sells Mexican spices and food, and all the oddities. The circus is actually fun for adults and they have pros who enjoy their craft. The shows are about a half hour and alwAys entertain.
There's places to buy collectibles, Avon, get your hair cut, or buy fresh seafood, a baked potato over loaded with sour cream and toppings or churros. Bring your dog on a leash or in a stroller and the kids and enjoy the day. It's better to arrive before 2 pm and even better earlier in the morning or right after...
Read moremy friends went the other day, and brought me back some fruit. the fruit was fine, but their photos and descriptions of the animals were absolutely gut-wrenching. it’s been low to mid nineties this week, and i can imagine it’s been even hotter in this market tent, and around it, yet they provide no shade, or water for the animals. it was unbelievable seeing two grown wolves in such a small and janky enclosure, as well as some of the other animals they’ve claimed to have “rescued”, only to be shoved inside a much too small enclosure, and treated worse than zoo animals. the so called rescue looks like someone’s attempt to raise a lion in their back yard. open chainlink fencing, heavy duty staples holding it in place, and rotting wood. if not just for the animals, they could at least consider how unsafe this is for visitors. the cherry on top was hearing about the puppies that are sold here all the time, which various previous reviews have mentioned as well. they’re clearly products of a puppy-mill (which it sounds like has been reported at least once or twice with no response from law-enforcement, or animal control, surprise surprise), and they’re inadequately cared for as well. no water, no shade, my friends said they looked to be in poor condition, obviously overheating, and dehydrated....
