Burger King — Restaurant in Auburndale

3/5/19..Food was fast, but cold. Got it replaced. But also heard the employees telling another guest that the cheese on their sandwich isn't melted, but the sandwich was actually hot, even though she said the whole sandwich was cold.. I thought the customer was always right. This poor girl had to get loud just to get a fresh hot sandwich.. UPDATE: 3/15/21. ... 2 years later and not much has changed! Manager sold me a 16 ounce milkshake in a 12 ounce cup because they were out of the correct cup, but told me the portion was supposed to be 12 ounces, and only after I verified online, did she admit they were out of the correct cup and offered me another shake. I asked her if they just shorted everyone else for the whole day and she said "Yes"! She actually said Yes! I waited 14 minutes for my food because they ran out of fries. I know it was 14 minutes because I had nothing to do but stare at their order screen and only my order was on it, they were empty otherwise.. The bacon cheeseburger was cold, hard chewy bacon, and no pickles! There's only so many ingredients and they messed up half of them. Sweet tea was warm because that's always refreshing with a cold burger I guess! Recap...Drinks were warm, burgers were cold and nobody knew the specs on anything in my order. Worse BK experience ever! These people in this store look miserable working. Starting with the drive-thru person rude & rushing you for your order! Then the girl who delivers the food, a dark skin lady who I requested Mayo & looked at me and said I dont have any mayo, gave me my food & I always check & it was a ham & egg croissant which I ordered a sausage & egg she took the sandwich from me & put it by the window went and grabbed another sandwich that was seating there & gave it to me. Im sure the sandwich I touched that had the ham was for the person behind me who im sure she messed up and like nothing happen she just put it in his bag, & I went to check it again & i find that half of the sausage & another small piece from the picture I posted when I tell her hey I dont want this, she tells me with a NASTY attitude why because is broken & smiles, I said yes it looks like it has been bitten off! She turns around to the kitchen & grabs another sandwich & gives it to me, I said & u said u dnt have mayo right? She turn around with a face mumbling something grabs a sundae lid & fills it with mayo & hands it to me. Acting the whole time like I was getting my food for free no I was not I paid for my food! I have never been to this bk for breakfast and I would never do it...

How is it? Every time I go to the Burger King on US 92 in Auburndale there is nothing but young kids working in there. The food is always crappy. The service is crappy. They care more about talking their friends and doing whatever instead of actually getting the food to you. They was nobody in line when I ordered my food through the drive-thru I had to wait. It's not that late at night. It's like around 7:00 at night and then there's two other cars behind me having to wait. They was a car that apparently was blocking the way for us to park in front of the store then I guess they tell two or three other customers to wait on their food and then I ordered before because everybody and I got my food last and they still screwed it up. They gave half my food to the man that was waiting behind me and half of his food to me and now we're in our cars at this time. Waiting on the food for like 20 minutes. Just ridiculous. Ridiculous and if you do tell a manager up there. They don't do nothing. They just refurbished that Burger King for what it might look good on the inside and out but whoever's working there.
