This is my return visit to this location. I walked in and ordered my food on the self service station. After I paid I was given my cup by Devin while he was multitasking the drive through orders on the opposite side. what felt like 10 minutes went by, I am standing at the counter, and I see everyone working but the 2 Managers that are standing right in front of me. I was not acknowledged by them because the manager was aggressively leering at the young lady working in the drive through. I kindly started to ask about my order when the manager educated me that It will be a minute because they have to deal with an employee. After the manager ignored my request, they turned their backs to me, aggressively and staring at this young lady with excitement for catching this employee red handed. I remained at the counter as they walked her to the office and sat with the door open to berate and deliver a written referral. I watched this go on for about 5 to ten minutes while no one has yet to start my order. Devin was incredible and acknowledged me as a guest and gave me my drink cup. After they handed the employee her write up, they walked up and ignored that i was waiting. They walked right by me again, going towards the drive thru window again. I stopped the lady manager. I asked was disciplining an employee more important than acknowledging me and starting my order. She argued my question by saying she is the manager. I responded that is Great. I am a manager too and a 25-year restaurant operator. She apologized and told me I was right. I finally received my order 25 minutes later from Devin because he was the only hospitable person and showed genuine care for my experience. Food was great. Manager gave me 3 vouchers and I said Thank You. She replied "YEA" Devin and Zariah were attentive plus the only people to acknowledge me and help me on this visit. The 2 service stars are for Devin and Zariah. I wish I would have filmed it and shared it on all my social media accounts because it was a disgusting way to treat guests and employees. Read moreThis TB used to be wonderful. I pass by it often for work, so I occassionally stop in for a bite. They were always the most kind and courteous staff out there. The past few times I have visited have been terrible experiences. Most recently I went thru the drive thru to order while it was pouring rain outside. There is no cover over the spot to place your order, and the rain was so loud that it would have been difficult for anyone to hear me as well as I would be soaked. To avoid this issue, I just drove to the window to order as there was no one else in line behind me. The lady at the window opened it and told me that I have to go back around and order it in the pouring rain. I pleaded that there was no one else there, and it would be difficult to do so. She persisted, so I just left. The time prior to this my order was completely wrong, and I had issues getting it fixed. I was late for an appointment due to the time it took to make it right. Read moreWe just got here and someone working here a young woman is being nasty with a food delivery person telling him that he shouldn’t be in the food delivery service if he can’t speak English!!!!! She seems to be a manager!!!!! Then laughs and tells the man I beat you understood that!!! I’m sorry but that’s not professional at all and to do it with customers in the lobby (others that have children also here) then to just walk away from the man mumbling to herself. If your manages can’t treat everyone like humans then they don’t need to be working with people!!!!! Oh and please fix your damn women’s rest room door for over a year now that door has been messed up to where you have to literally life and force it to even shut to use...
