So happy we finally have one in our area!! We walked in today and were pleasantly greeted by the aroma of leather. Soon after we were greeted by the most polite young women who helped us throughout our shopping. We are looking very forward to spending tons of money at the new location.

Would give 0 stars if possible was in the area and needed a pair of boots for an emergency bought them here wore them for an hour and they were killing my feet tried we tried to return them that night but they had closed 15 minutes early… so I had to drive 2 hours over there to return them I spoke with a gentleman who said they would make the return work for driving all the way over there just to get there and have a lady tell me since I wore them she can no longer return them I wouldn’t have been as mad if they told me this in the first place not after I drove 2 hours for absolutely nothing horrible service would definitely...

Karla & Miller, hands down the BEST associates I have ever had the pleasure of shopping with. My fiancé and I visited the auburndale location 3x shopping for an outfit for him for our wedding day and all 3 visits have been incredible.
