Attend open house for Goshen Elementary when I signed my daughter up for prime time. The paper I filled out had an area to put my credit card information at so they can do reccuring payments for each week. On the day she was supposed to start prime time the same woman I gave the paperwork at the open house told me they don't have any pay on my daughter. Keep in mind my credit card information was on this lost paper work and they did absolutely nothing about it just told me that my daughter can't come to Prime Time anymore and come to find out that same woman yelled at my daughter in an inappropriate way that later my daughter was very upset about it. I left a voicemail mail and not a soul called me back. I had to order a new credit card because unrecognizable charges as found but still did not get a call back. This place is extremely unprofessional and disorganized....

Inconsistent about cancellation and billing. Was yanked around for months by people saying I didn’t have to come in to cancel, saying they sent an email to e-sign, drug around by like 4 different people until, of course, another bill was due. I do not have the money to pay it and explained that I spent MONTHS trying to cancel only to be told now when the bill is going to be charged anyway that I have to come in. I don’t even live in the state. If you’re looking for a gym with a caring staff, look elsewhere. All they care about is squeezing another bill out of you. Don’t believe me? Look at...

I am a new member and joined right before the New Year. I am enjoying the facility and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The gym is very close to my home, which was the deciding factor for why I joined. The equipment, in my opinion, is good, and one could really get a good full body workout. The lockers could be a lot better/newer. I do agree with another post about the music coming from the aerobics room; it is much too loud and can be heard throughout the whole gym.
