Blimpie — Restaurant in Augusta

I went in, got a large turkey & provolone. The person who helped us was Tay. Both employees were clearly not happy, I can get that. It didn't bother me. But when Tay started putting the toppings on my sub, I asked for extra vinegar. She did a few lines, I asked for more & said "I'll tell you when to stop" & she did a little more then stopped. I said "Can I get more vinegar?" She proceeded to tell me "I cant do more than that." & she threw the bottle in the frontline, shaking her head no. Like EXCUSE ME WHAT?! As someone who works at a sub shop.. I KNOW that you don't just refuse extra of something because you're aggravated. Honestly, the attitude is what had me heated. I can understand not having a good day or not wanting to be there but that service was totally unacceptable & that attitude was uncalled for. I wanted to show out but it wasn't worth my time nor energy to let someone affect my behavior in such a manner. This employee really seemed to just hate her job & if you hate it THAT BAD to refuse more vinegar then she needs to be fired or just go somewhere else. It's JUST vinegar. I bet she just didn't want to refill that bottle. I'm a patient person, but everything about that experience was just not pleasant. DO BETTER. Went here for a light dinner. Several things that bothered me. The guy that fixed my sandwich, seemed as if he was new, which was fine. 1. He started fixing my club sandwich out of my sight. I asked if he would bring it around on the prep line, so I can see what's going on. 2. As he started making my sub he asked the girl who was cleaning with a rag and wiping down the station, if she would pass him the cheese. She used the same gloves to hand him the cheese and for restocking the meats. 3. When he prepared my Cuban Pulled Pork, I asked for BBQ sauce, he said no and that it was for another type of pork sandwich "The Spicy Pork. 4. Next came my roast beef wrap. He asked my which type of wrap bread did I want, I asked what are my options, he said just this, holding up the wrap bread, so why ask me? I ask for my roast beef, lettuce, onion, tomato to all be chopped up together before putting it on my wrap, he said we don't chop it up. So I said to him really, because you will be the first Blimpie's I have been to, that won't chop up your wrap ingredients. It just taste so much better that way, so I took it home and chopped it up myself as you can see in the pics. I forgot to do a before pic on this one. Blimpie's on Peach...

The manager Velda needs to find a new occupation. This is my 3rd encounter with her and she is not friendly, has very poor customer service, and just makes me feel as if I’m intruding by wanting to buy a sub. I have had to ask for other people that are working to fix my sandwich because that lady acts like she knows me from the streets and just have a nasty attitude. I can’t have no one making my food that dislike me. I’m not even from Georgia so I know she doesn’t know me. Today was the last day and something had to be said so here is my review! Wish I can give no stars !
