Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Augusta

Wish I could give a review and not give it any stars.....I placed an order to this location at 8:49, and got an email stating that it would be delivered by 9:34 pm. At 9:46, I called to check on the status of my order. It took the 5th call to get access to the automated menu (9:51). During this call, I was put on hold while the worker checked on my order. I was told that the driver was running ~20 minutes late, and should be arriving at the store to get the pizza soon. I was given a code (discount?), and was told that if the pizza did not arrive in the next 10 minutes to call back and I would be given a new code.

At 10:07, I called back to let them know the pizza had not arrived, and to get the new code. I was told I would not be getting a new code, that my pizza had just been made 10-15 minutes prior, and that delivery would occur no later than 10:40.

When I had called 10 minutes prior, the associate made no mention of my pizza having just been made, and I had no intentions of leaving it up to chance that my food would still not arrive until 10:40. I decided to call back to cancel right after, as the discrepancies of what I was told was unacceptable. I am incredibly disappointed in the service, the nonchalant attitude, and blatant lack of care for customer satisfaction. I won't order from this company for a while, and probably never from this location again. I wish I had read the reviews on Google...

Probably the worst pizone I have had in my life. Its 90% bread. Hardly any fillings.

Edited. Waited a few months and decided to give this place another try since its literally right around the corner from where I live.

Ordered Stuffed Crust Pizza for carryout. When I went to pick it up 20 minutes later it wasnt ready. Cashier was really sweet throughout the process I will admit. She asked the people in the back about my order about 10 minutes later to find out that it was just put in and on top of that they didn't have stuffed crust and were going to give me a pan pizza instead (Thanks for asking if that was what I wanted). She offered a 15 dollar credit for my wait. Cool. Waited another 10 minutes and still no order. The guy in the back said it was for a different order. She gave me another 15 dollar credit which was sweet.

Fast forward to today a week later when I use my credit. Ordered pizza and cheese breadsticks. Pizza was good. Breadsticks were hot but I ordered extra marinara sauce because one little cup isn't enough only to find all of them were seriously watered down.

It's always something with this place.

This right here takes every review I ever made. I ordered my pizzas, wings, and bread sticks on line via the Pizza Hut App. Of course they send my delivery to Door Dash. My Dasher was amazing!!!! She bought me my food, and when I realized something was missing she offered to go get it. But I said no wait. Let me call and see if o can just get it another day no big deal. So I called and was told to wait on a manager. As I waited so did my Dasher (she wanted to make it right). So as the time neared 10 minutes of me waiting. She decided to call them as well. You could hear her call being ignored because I had my phone on speaker. So we together drive up to the Pizza Hut, with me still on hold. This is ridiculous!!! Why should me and my dasher come to Pizza Hut for them to correct my order??? I’m to the point of just writing to whole complain off. As I’m here waiting in my food to be corrected, there are 2 couples who called in their orders and 3 more DoorDashers trying to get orders and no one has come out...
