The service at the uhaul was not a good experience. The agent at the place who was an older lady charged me for insurance when I said I didn't want any luckily i caught it before i signed anything and my towing dolly and truck were coming from 2 different locations originally and I would have never found out if I didn't call them the day before my pickup. Plus there was an overcharge which the agent at the facility couldn't correct and told me to contact Vinson who never got back with me. The truck smelled and was old and had a hard time driving the truck because the wheel kept pulling and you had to go no faster the 55 because of the shaking it did when you go any faster. All in all I would not suggest this...
