The Computer Guy — Local services in Augusta

This probably the worst computer repair business in Augusta.I took my laptop to get the screen repaired 3 months ago and they still haven't fixed it yet!!! Everytime i go there to pick it up one of the guys tell me that they need to order the parts for it. Really? It takes 3 months to order parts for a laptop? Then they'll give me the run around and tell me to come back the next day but at a certain time and its still not ready!!! Sometimes on the next day they WON'T even be OPEN FOR BUSINESS!!!

What kind of business are they running down there? If and when your laptop is ready they are supposed to call you and let you know.Did they call me? No not even ONCE. I woudn't recommend this place to anyone for computer repair period.

Ironically they have the very low prices,but crappy service isn't...

This is definitely the place to go if you're having technology trouble! My pc had been crashing nonstop for weeks and I tried so many different things to fix it and failed. But within the hour that I brought it to The Computer Guy, he knew what was wrong and was already more than halfway through fixing it. Service was very fast and very friendly and he didn't charge an arm and a leg for fixing my pc! I definitely recommend going to him for any computer issues. I really wish I could give him 10 stars instead of 5 for the amazing...

My experience with was bad, I am having to take him to court because I left 2 laptops with him to sell for me. Now he is taking advantage of a single woman and saying he doesn't know what I'm taking about .But he doesn't realize I had a friend outside that was riding with me, First he says he has a a laptop for me, now he says he doesn't know what I taking about ; I got to say about this, the Lord Jesus knows the truth.
