David walks in integrity, his customer service is second to none! I took some jewelry over for repair? Not only did he charge me half of what I had been quoted somewhere else and to top it off, that other place couldn't do it for another week he got it to me in a couple of days! If that isn't enough, I had a ring in my purse that I was going to wear to my 40th reunion and I just asked him to look at it for me. Well he noticed that one of the prongs were worn and in need of repair. He quoted me a price based on the ring being 14K, well at further inspection he realized it was 18k, but because he had already quoted me the price he said he would honor it. The amazing work of this jeweler is incredible. I had given them a ring that belonged to my mother, that i was going to use for my proposal to my best friend/girlfriend. The ring had faced 30 years of exhaust and was only a size 6. Not only did he restore the ring to its former beauty, but was able to expand it to my, now fiances, ring size.
