EZPAWN — Local services in Aurora Township

I went in on Tuesday night (2/25) around 6 PM. The lady seemed bothered when I asked her for the ring size. I mentioned that it was probably an 8, but she immediately responded, "It's not an 8 because I am an 8." I then asked to see another ring, and before I could ask about the size, she quickly replied, "It's $50." At that point, I was no longer interested in supporting a business with that level of customer service.

I understand she may have had a rough day, but the attitude and rush to get done assisting me didn’t make sense, especially since no one else was in the store. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this pawn shop. They have great items, but poor customer service is simply not acceptable. I'd rather pay more for better service. I went in today around 12:30 with timberland boots that are two weeks old to pawn and when the male employee with the durag checked them out he said they were frayed in the front and I said really? I looked at them and said they aren't frayed man they're brand new and then he changed his statement and said they were scuffed on top. They're brown leather made to look blacked on around the outside. He said pass and walked away. That felt super disrespectful to say pass and just walk away like that before I could even get my hands back on my items. I think you guys might need to check the attitude on your employee. I won't be giving you people my business and I'll continue to recommend to others that they don't either. Super rude...

The people are so rude and aggressive for no reason, from the moment you step inside it’s unpleasant. Like you feel like you’re at the dmv with how ignorant they are it’s terrible. No hello no nothing just straight evilness. It’s off putting from the start like they’re letting you know you’re about to be ripped off. I wouldn’t sell anything to these people. I made a comment about how much I paid for an item and a black lady and a Hispanic lady snapped on me saying you can go if you’re impatient like what? So I did leave and I’ll never go here again.
