White Castle — Restaurant in Aurora Township

Paid 15 dollars for day old burgers, crunchy stale bread, dripping in some mystery oil, hard chewy onions G F Ys. you're better off going to a gas station and buying the frozen white castle burgers that have been sitting there for 5 or 6 years. Every couple years I go to this location ( during grave shift ) and everytime i tell myself it's a mistake. Clearly i never learn. Long waits, the longest being an hour for barely any people in line, which has happened multiple times. Go to another white castle location during grave shift, zero issue, food is made fast and fresh, but yall cant manage one good night for years now. I want to say the lady at the window has been there for years and same shift. Must have dementia because she told me happy father's day which isn't for another month, and she said it last time too. Yall have been pulling this shit for years because you dont want to do your job and hope your stunts deter people from ordering while we pay money for the bag of trash you hand us in return. Bunch of clowns running the place into the ground. Ordered may 19th...

Brought my family from Texas, so they ate White Castle for the first time, and my wife couldn't tell the difference from the frozen white castle that they sell in stores. My daughter says, "ehh, it's ok". On the plus side, it's open late. Onion rings are good and I'd prefer getting the chicken over the beef.. Also, I went another time during the night hours and I was the only one on line, and I know most of the employees seen me waiting, there was about 6+ working, and no one took my order, and acted like they were to busy to take my order with their heads down or looking away. Seriously, I was the only one in the store besides someone already eating and people in the drive thru. They were so caught up in joking and what seemed to be the manager was acting goofy... It took a Hispanic man who seemed the busiest to get their attention to take my order. The lady who took my order was new and still learning, so she forgot my onion rings and I had to wait longer for them. I had told her three time, don't forget my onion rings......

The wait time for the very few customers they had was ridiculous. I sat at the menu board for almost a full 5 minutes with only 10 cars ahead of me. After I placed my order and pulled around to the first window where an employee had his back to the window leaning against it on his phone for a couple more minutes, he walked away and I realized I had to pull up to the next window. When I got to the next window and paid I noticed they rounded my order up to the next dollar for charity even though I never agreed for the upcharge. When I got my food the burgers were hot but pretty mushy. I haven't been to White Castle in a few years because there just aren't that many around anymore. A friend told me they don't cook the beef and assemble the sandwiches at the restaurant anymore, they're premade and they microwave them...I'm not sure if that's true but the quality isn't what I...
