Taco Bell — Restaurant in Aurora Township

Very disappointed on my order. I have order Dorito Loco tacos for my children TODAY DEC.30 2020. I got home as i open them up to give to my children the tacos look soggy and falling apart like they where old Tacos from a day ago. So i call Taco bell and told the man they gave me old taco. He said he made them up and we where taking long on the order so they got like that. He basically new exactly who i was without asking for a order number. Hard shell tacos supposed to be hard not soft so by him saying we took long that a lie! Sound like they try to retaliate. The cheese on the tacos were melted and shell was stuck to the paper like they warm the food up in the microwave. I no what old tacos look like. I waited in the drive through line for 26 minutes. When I finally made it up to the order speaker, they told me that they were only taking online orders or door dash orders. I told them that was asinine! I told them that I would log on to my app then and place my order. The woman then proceeded to tell me that I would have to pull out of line to do that. I told her no, I had waited this long already, if they wouldn't take my order, that I'd log on to my app and place the order and keep my place in line. She proceeded to tell me that if I didn't get out of line to place my order, she would call the Police!! What kind of HORRIBLE customer service is this?!?! ABSOLUTELY...
