UPDATE AS OF 8/22/22 - Someone wrote 7 months ago that the store staff are rude. It all begins at the top. The Store Manager - is HORRIBLE to say the least. And, another manager named Rudy...he does not fall far behind. I made the mistake of giving this store another chance in July and purchased a product. Such a fool am I! Rudy helped me. He sold me a bag that was the last one the store had in the men's section. The bag did not have a ticket on it and he knew that. As I could not make it to the store and returned the item on the 30th day, I emailed the store two days before the 30th day to say that I would send the bag back at my cost via UPS with the receipt and ask them to issue me a refund. I received no reply to the email whatsoever. I sent the bag back. The bag had the original packaging inside. Rudy calls me when he receives it and tells me that there are crumbs inside and asked me who authorized me to return the bag. I have since requested to speak with the DM over a week ago and she has still not surfaced. She clearly is a figment of my imagination and just like the Store Manager and Rudy -- does a poor job. Would love to see her customer satisfaction scores. Buyer beware - don't spend your money at this store. There is no respect for the customer. Go to another store that will actually value you and your business. Amber and her team do not deserve your money.
I have been a very loyal customer of this store for many years. This store has gone through some major transitions. From barely having men's product, to an incident today that really was the icing on the cake. I was in San Francisco last week and purchased products at another outlet. The products were 75% off. Was never told that because they were 75% that they were FINAL SALE. My receipt does not have anywhere on it that it says the items are final sale. I decided to keep one item and the other two items I wanted to return two items as the color was not something I did not think my female friends would like. The Store Manage who knows me well as being a regular customer decided to give me an attitude and not accept the return. And, in fact, I was not even asking for money back but willing to do an exchange. What horrible service. I will be reaching out to the District Manager as well as Corporate. The San Francisco store has stood behind the issue and is accepting the products back. Why should I have to do that? How ridiculous. What disgusting attitude by the Store Manager. Well, I am done with that store. And, as a Kors VIP - I am thinking twice about where I am going to spend my money. Not again will I accept being spoken to and addressed the way that I was. The customer is...
Read moreI was at the this location this Sunday 1/31/2016 and i was trying to make an exchange for a Christmas resent i received. i did not have the receipt however all of the tags were on the bag and it was in the original bag.One of the employees did not even took the time to let me know that they were able to look up the info of the person who purchased it. She just looked at the bag and said they did not even carry that bag any longer. I wish i could have gotten her name so that i could call their store manager for such poor customer service help. If this is one of their policy to exchange they should note that on the receipt. the fact that i did not have the receipt did not have anything to do with this product not being in store. I came back to speak to another girl which she helped me out to look up in the system. When the first girl noticed that i was speaking to this new girl. She discretely called the current girl helping me out and told her something. I find this very rude that she did this. I will go back to this store but it will be to let the manager or someone else above her position how i...
Read moreWorst experience I’ve ever had here me and my mom walked in and there was a gate or whatever but keep in mind there was no employee or anyone there so we were unsure if we should wait or not so we just went in as we walked in a man that looked very basic and easy to draw with a semi high pitched with brown hair and what I think was blond highlights told us exactly “ miss next time you walk in please wait at the door” my mom responded with “ oh there was no employee so we didn’t know “ he proceeded to tell us there is people there referring to the people who had just walked in aka customers then my mom told him “ I meant employees “ then he had the nerve to say “ we only let certain people in” .this had to be the most ridiculous, racist thing I’ve ever been told. keep in mind this man was light skinned not sure if he was white, Mexican or whatever but I myself is black and felt he was extremely racist and disrespectful I wish every moment i said something but I didn’t know he said it till I was...
