Charleys Cheesesteaks — Restaurant in Aurora Township

The food was not worth my money at all. When I ordered my food the lady taking my order was not friendly at all and it felt like I was being rushed. And when I started to wait for my order the lady said that it was mine but it was actually another customers and we both had the same order of fries. But the most rude part was the chef that was in the back and how she had the worst attitude I've ever seen and proceeds to tell me " That one isn't yours you have to look at your receipt " first of all don't talk to me like I'm a child I'm a grown woman and second of all the lady that was preparing my meal told me it was mine. The female cashier working today was pretty rude while taking my order. It was unprovoked and I'm confused as to why I was targeted. Very unprofessional on her part, seems like she doesn't like her work environment/duties and lacked patience, idk why she felt the need to take it out on a random person. I noticed how nicely she treated the lady ordering after me. I considered leaving mid-ordering but it seemed like she needed the mental stimulation. Maybe if she put as much effort into being respectful and better at taking orders as she puts into those eyebrows, there would be a noticeable improvement. My honest review. The food is good. No question there. And that is why the next part is a major disappointment.

The service is a 2 out of 5. No doubt that the staff is kind of working hard but they all seem uninterested in being there and helping customers.

They are unable/unwilling to accommodate simple requests and if you're vegetarian, eat at your own risk because they won't do anything special for you.

Going there on the weekends are rough cause the food prep is poor and sloppy. Lines are long. Staff can't keep up with the volume.
