I just walked out of this place feeling very sad . I just started my new job and I can’t afford much . But since I worked so much this passed week (long shifts) I decided to treat myself with a massage. . Before starting it I should have known better when I saw the chart with “standard tipping advice” on the front desk . First things first the massage was great ! I really liked. Everything was fine until the end when it was time to sign the payment paper . I didn’t add a lot of tip money since as I said I just started my new job like a month ago and I’m living paycheck by paycheck . When the guy that did the massage saw the tip I was giving , he proceeded to point out the chart that they have , letting me know that the amount I was giving was incorrect for him . He also asked if I really liked the massage. It was very uncomfortable for me feeling pressured to add more tip and I even felt that I had to explain that I’m tight on money right now. I have been here a few times and loved it !!! This time was the worst massage ever ! First it was a male . I I am very uncomfortable with a male for my own reasons . They didn't ask me if I was comfortable. He was so very rough ! So rough I did not enjoy my massage what so ever ! I love deep tissue , but this man I am not sure what type this was . He never asked if I was ok . He could tell it hurt by the way I was flinching and didn't stop . He just went harder . There was a dog barking the whole time . This man was taking while massaging me to someone else I ended up in so much pain that night I couldn't sleep . My back is very bruised from this massage . When I went to tip , which you pay first then tip after he got very upset and pointed to their recommended tip sheet . He is lucky he even got a tip . I should not have even paid for my massage in my opinion! I went in for a relaxing therapeutic massage and got pretty much beat up ! Because that's how I feel today like someone strapped me...

One day, me and my husband went in this massage place and did a walk in appointment. I wanted a full body massage, the lady who gave me my massage used oil and the entire experience was horrible, I wasn't happy after the experience. I believe this was a new employee at the time since I'm more used to the owners of the business as I had been a regular customer. As I ready to leave, this same employee who did my massage demanded me for a tip so I originally gave her $10 but she threw a nasty look at me and said this word for word, "$10 isn't good enough, I want $20 instead." After that massage, I was being generous with the $10 since I didn't have a $20 with me at the time, but after she said that, I replied, "I only have $10, that's all I can give." She replied, "I can change the money.
