I am OBSESSED. Everyone has their own opinion on their experience here. I was going to purchase from Ashely Furniture where my husband purchased our bedroom set just with the bed frame, mattress, box spring, and comforter protector, spent $6,000 if not more. I said let me call local furniture places and see their catalog and price match from Ashley’s. I went to one which quoted me almost $2,000 just for the bed frame, then another place for this same exact bed frame almost $3,000 for the bed frame, dresser and the mirror. I called Maricella asked her for her pricing for the bed frame she gave me a jaw dropping price, so I then asked if I take the bed frame, dresser, and mirror she quoted me less then the other places. I understand as a business owner they need to make profit off sales nothing compared to Ashley’s and the other places. I, as well with my daughters are very SATISFIED & BLESSED we came across this small business. We all want to save and negotiate good prices. I much rather help a family instead of making the rich,richer. I went in person to sign the contract. I ended up switching the dresser set last minute from the one I originally wanted, from another bedroom set and she zelled me back because the bed frame set that came with this bed was lesser then the one I wanted. It was the HONESTY for me. Now days people will snake you. Not her. She was very professional over the phone and when I went in person. Her workers came on time as promised between 3-5P.M. I already had a mattress I was missing the box spring so I then called her again and was like I need a box spring I forgot lol. Even then gave me a good price. It is arriving tomorrow. This will be my fourth piece I’ve bought and I’m more than happy to say I didn’t have to touch a thing I said what I want the vision and Bianca, the owner and the team always guarantee me exactly the vision I was looking for. We have been searching for the right couches for our new home and have been running into obstacle after obstacle. We looked them up online and decided to go in and look. We were greeted right away, super friendly, helpful and walked us around. We found a sectional that we really liked. We were having issues with our snap finance so they were able to help us with other finance options. Both my husband and I were approved instantly and she was able to combine our approvals to get us exactly what we wanted. She even adjusted the price of the couch to fit our budget with taxes and delivery. We were able to get the couch delivered when we wanted it. The whole process was FAST!!
