This was my daughter's favorite place. She saved her money for months to take me her mom on a date night. Months in the making. She finally had enough. We were both so excited. Sadly, we were met with some of the rudest service imaginable. It was so bad my daughter got nervous and couldn't even order. She felt overwhelmed. We will never go back. Its sad. We will absolutely never give a dime to anyone who cant just be halfway kind.
I spoke to soon. Last night my daughter woke up at 1am with the worst tummy pains shes ever experienced. She had only had this to eat and drink. She was so sick all night. Took hours for to get it all out of her litter body. She was sick she could go to school this morning.
If you want food poisoning and horrible service. This is the place for you. Never again for us.
So, im glad your staff remembered us. But, sadly thats not what happened. I aaked for a short sandwich. I was told very rudely that you've never sold sandwiches that way. That could be true. Maybe I shared a sandwich with someone in my family. The way I was told was absolutely unacceptable. Im a reasonable rational person, and i've made mistakes in the past. The way your staff conveyed that information to me was appalling. When your staff was rude to me they then got my child involved. Asking her of maybe I was thinking of a different places. Absolutely unacceptable. My daughter got very upset and couldn't think to order her food and drink. I waited to say anything to your staff. After we got our food I asked my daughter to wait outside and told the guy camly who took our order how rude they were to us and it was disappointing. I told him we would never return. He rolled his eyes and said 'who cares'.
I ate the same thing as my daughter and didn't get sick. But I didn't get a drink. The drink make her so sick I was up with her all night. It was so bad my husband and I took turns being with her over night.
Learning how to take accountability is a very difficult thing. I think your business would strive if you could figure out how to do so. Your staff is rude. And my daughter did get sick and miss school today.And I missed work. This was my daughter's favorite place. Ive taken her many time including her birthday. The guy behind the counter, not the one who took our order, became very mean to my mother. Telling her in a very rude voice that they have never sold their sandwichs that way. I could see how uncomfortable this made my mom. If my mother's uncomfortable I know something is wrong. I just wanted to do something special for her. I love her so much. I felt horrible taking her here. When it was my turn to order I was afraid they would treat me the same way. They even tried to put me in the middle. I didn't know what to do. I completely understand small businesses- I have numerous reviews of local restaurants across the country. Not sure why this review would matter to you if you or your team do not value the customer that had visited the location. Customers make the trip to visit and the lack of customer service along with ambiance pushed this customer away.
Moreover, how would I rate your food any higher than one. If I put five stars that would also be false.
Working hard to open second location would be in vein if you can’t even self reflect on the chain of event and lack of self awareness is astounding.
