She explained how Frontroom works, from the customization of your dress to be sure it is exactly fitted for you and looks exactly how you want minimizing alterations and ensuring the dress fits perfectly to your body, all the way down to turn around time, and payment options. Lily answered all of our questions, made sure Samantha stayed in budget, and also asked Samantha questions to ensure we found the perfect dress for her! This was a private appointment so Lily could take all of her time with the bride really making the bride feel special and again to ensure the dress is exactly how she wants it! Lily was encouraging, supportive and made the bride feel comfortable and beautiful. Wedding dress shopping can be hard and make you feel so indecisive but Lily made it so easy! Lily even cried with us when Samantha said YES to her dress! Typically you only get one chance at your dream wedding dress shopping experience, and Lily made it so worth it.
