As a rule I am very pleased with Gifts in 24 . Their products are very good and so is the speed in which items are delivered .

My only concern took place last year when I ordered an item in white and it arrived in cream . I called and explained to the HR person that I did not receive the right color . She offered no apology and said that is what the co. sent and as "a one time courtesy" I could choose another color free of charge . None of the other selection of colors worked for me . No accommodation was made whatsoever; no credit to my account . I was rather appalled that Gifts in 24 would have such an individual handling...
