I haven’t seen Dr. Graham yet, but the PA, Yullia Strickland was kind, unhurried and professional. The imaging technician was also excellent and also extremely friendly. Support staff certainly seems to be beyond that of many medical offices. I was there with a woman, Olena, who is a Ukrainian refugee and Ms. Strickland, who I learned is also from Ukraine made time to give Olena contacts for Ukrainians in Austin, while still keeping up with her professional duties. A true act of kindness and compassion!
I had surgery to repair my broken shoulder and my pain, which my other doctor and his assistant pain shamed me for-telling me I must just be very sensitive to pain! Well I lived with a broken screw holding my shoulder on for 9 months before I went to Dr. Graham. The day after surgery, no pain. They listened to me rather than gas light me. They fixed me rather than attempt to cover up negligence at the hospital. I am grateful and very happy that I am still pain free more than a year later. Highly recommend the Seton Orthopedic Group! Especially Yuliia...
Read moreMy experience was horrible when I had my surgery. My cornea got scratched in surgery by some gauze being removed. My eye hurt worse than my total knee replacement.I couldn’t see. Nurse gave me wrong medication for eye. I was left in my bed for hours, I couldn’t walk because I couldn’t see. My food was left out to next day on tray. Pain medicine made me feel anxious & cry so some doctor came in to counsel me.When it was the medication causing it.Horrible experience . I get blood clots as soon as I get home due to not walking or moving because of my painful eye. 7 months of PT because of blood clots and swelling on top of surgery swelling. One yr later I have painful inflamed tendons in my feet & heel & back in PT. I feel all of this could have been avoided if I was taken better care of in the hospital. I just had a follow up and I let my surgeon know my knee is still hurting and clicking. I let him know every follow up. Now I have to see pain management. I am very scared something serious is going on but again I was not...
Read moreDr. Graham has twice before operated extensively on both my shoulders. He literally gave me back the use of my arms (with full range of motion). I am so grateful for his sincere care and empathy for my situation, and my long-term wellbeing. I have worked with many doctors in my professional career, and have sought out care by various physicians for a variety of conditions. Dr Graham stands out for his wonderful rapport with his patients. It is amazing to me how many physicians will mainly look at their notes, tablets or computers while speaking to their patients. Dr. Graham stops and listens intently to his patients. I have highly recommended Dr. Graham’s skilled care to many people over the years, and I will continue to do so. Thank...
