Only reason I am giving this place 5 starts is because of Emily. For starters, this place is very clean. The upkeep is impressive so kudos to that. There is CrossFit equipment, cardiovascular machines, resistance machines for full body workouts, etc. The staff is friendly however the assistant manager Loren (I believe that is her name; blonde hair blue eyes) is rude. Since I was entered into the system I always had to give me phone number 2-3 times before they could scan me in. After some time & frustration, I asked why does everyone ask me 2-3 times and no one could answer.
In one instance, the assistant manager (who has scanned me in before too) couldnāt find me. When I asked her what number did she type in she rudely and with tone replied āthe one you gave me!ā She eventually found me but didnāt say anything as usual, no pleasantries, no resolution to my problem. She doesnāt greet customers on their way in. She has a āI hate my jobā attitude. And clearly doesnāt understand her title role of āCustomer service front desk representativeā. When we complained someone said she was going through family issues but you never bring your issues to work with this job title. Furthermore. Iāve been coming here a year and the attitude has been the same.
I am a huge fan of customer service especially when itās in your title. Emily is a worker there who on the first time she scanned me in, noticed my issue. She said whoever signed me up didnāt type me in the correct area, thatās why they normally had to do 2-3 searches for my number. Emily apologized for the ongoing issue, took ownership and resolved it. She greets customers and Iāve observed her teaching other workers how to do things in a very constructive manner. She posses leadership skills and customer service, interpersonal communication skills.
I truly hope she gets recognized for her efforts and dedication because customer service isnāt easy. I work customer service and it takes emotional intelligence...

Emily is the staff person who helped me join. She is an energetic, friendly, helpful, attentive employee. Emily and all the front desk staff never fail to say hello and goodbye, no matter how busy they are. I do not recall all the names of the staff at this PF, but the common work ethic of assistance and attentiveness is evident. They're all awesome! My daughter told me about this particular gym because it's close to where we live. I had never been inside a PF facility but I'm glad I went with her as a guest to check it out, prior to joining. Upon my initial trial visit with my daughter, I was impressed with the level of cleanliness in every part of the gym. This seems to be a team effort for the staff and it shows! The size of the gym, variety of areas to work cardio, cross-fit, circuit work, abs/core, TRX, and free weights is extensive. I've never had to wait for a machine or equipment during my workouts, no matter what time of day I work out. Spray cleaning bottles with paper towels at various stations make it easy for members to wipe their equipment after use. The welcoming signs all over the gym with No Judgement message is pervasive. It helps to see that message while I'm working out, even if I don't always realize I'm noticing them at the moment. I love the no weight-dropping rule. That always has bothered me in other gyms and I've always thought it was dangerous to allow it at all. The massage chairs and the hydro-massage chairs are such a wonderful reward at the end of a workout. They help soothe sore muscles tremendously. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI donāt like to do this ever but the experience here is ridiculous. I purchased a membership and just didnāt like my experience at the gym and asked to cancel the membership I didnāt care for a refund.
I ended up getting 2 charges on one day a month later, one for $27.11 and one for $16.24 (they wonāt explain the charges still but say they are valid since cancellation wasnāt processed). So I go online and cancel but get no email confirmation. So I try a few more times and nothing. Since I LIVE IN DALLAS when I called they said I had to come in person. I explained how far I was and they said they could do it over the phone. The call hangs up I call back and supposedly it was done. I get charged again today $53.04 the annual fee Iām guessing. So I call about this charge and now they gave me 5 different numbers to call nobody can help cancel I have to do it online or in person but Iāve done it online 100 times.. literally 100 times if I have the time to write this trust I had the time to cancel it several times after never getting an email confirmation when I wouldā¦.
Now they say go in person. Here we are itās September 2nd 2025 and the gym location is closed due to equipment upgrades.
I have a whole other gym HERE NEAR MY HOME IN DALLAS I pay for and three kids I canāt be throwing money away this is ridiculous and causing chaos in our life at this moment.
