We decided we wanted an in-ground pool and already an idea drawn up for the design we wanted. After hearing horror stories from multiple friends about dealing with pool installation and the associated companies, I was terrified. We got a bid from one company and was about to go with them, but decided to call Austintatious. There bid was $30k less for nearly the same pool.

We decided to sign with them. The designer, Ana, was fantastic, even dealt with my anxieties and was very understanding to all my worries. Moving forward they began the work and even the owner, Michael, got involved in the process trying to ensure my HOA wasn't trying to take unnecessary money from me. The process went well, when I noticed a concern, they were very quick to send someone out to verify my findings. They made me feel invested in the project, not just financially, but as a member of the team.

At one point, I came across an old promotion that was mistakenly still posted for some extended free pool service from the sister company Longhorn. Michael, admitted that it was left up by mistake, but still honored the offer. This was a HUGE thing for me, because it showed the character of a company I plan to have a relationship with for quite awhile.

The pandemic hit, and communication and progress became kind of scarce. I relayed my concerns about this to my contact Lisa, who quickly shifted gears and began over-communicating with me, realizing that is what I needed. It was another comforting effort made by the team at Austintatious.

The entire crew was fantastic, the sub-contractors they use are truly artists in their fields and made the project so much fun to observe. If you're looking at having a pool done, I highly recommend...

Things could not have gone better with Austintatious Pools. I was impressed by their professionalism, constant and timely communications and ease to work with them. Their customer service is amazing; every time they would clearly state what and when things would be done and, often, said things would be finished earlier than promised. All I got from them was certainty in my project. They also sailed through the permitting process and they were even able to advise on other contractors’ requirements related to the pool (vg. The gate requirements for pools required by the city inspection). The price was also very affordable and, even though my project was rather small they still took it. Finding them was an amazing surprise because the tl;dr story, I started my pool with a different contractor who was, basically, a scam so, when I looked at other companies and came across Austintatious and I could see,from the very beginning that they were much more professional,honest and efficient than the first one. Our friends had a pool built by Austintatious and were so pleased, they recommended them to us when we were researching pool companies. We recently had a modern pool and wood sun deck area, all with clean lines, built by Austintatious and we're very happy with the result. The price was very reasonable and the quality is great.
