We used to LOVE this place when it was Smokin’ Beauty. Somewhere along the way the owners decided to change the name and the menu (same owners btw). This past weekend, we ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and wings. First of all, it was IMPOSSIBLE to place an order online…they do not have their full menu listed online, so I tried to call and place it , they did not answer and I tried 3 times, it just led me to a FULL voice mailbox. So, in an attempt to circumvent this, I ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches and specified in the notes the 2 I wanted ( 1 spicy and 1 Korean both with slaw and pickles)…. What we received was NOT THIS. They threw what tasted like chicken cooked in a microwave (it was NOT grilled, just bland, naked white chicken and was very rubbery) on a bun, with cabbage and pickles and put the Korean and spicy sauce ON THE SIDE (as if it was a condiment). What place makes a sandwich like this and charges for it? Also, their “boneless Buffalo and Korean wings” are just frozen pre-breaded nuggets from a bag that they stick in a fryer and place the Buffalo and Korean sauces again ON THE SIDE. They do not even attempt to coat the chicken in the sauce. This was truly one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. Also, their chicken sandwiches were nearly $13 and this is what we received. I’m unsure what has happened to this place, but it’s gone downhill...

Ordered online at 7:10 for .50 cent wings I was driving and my friends tell me they are out of bone in wings upon arrival 7:18 I go inside and tell them I apologize I was just informed you dont have bone in can I switch to boneless the bartender says of course. cook who also runs the food out comes out with attitude and asks if I speak Spanish and proceeds to tell me to read the sign that’s says out of boneless wings. My friends all get their wings and around 7:30. Around 7:50 they post a sign that says no boneless wings I then ask if my wings will still come out and the bartender (who is also waitressing by herself) says unfortunately no. At this point I ask if I can cancel all the food and the bartender says she will talk to the manager. All is well when the manager/cook/runner comes out and continues to claim she doesn’t speak English I speak Spanish and say it was rude for her to ask if I speak English and point at a sign to read that says no bone in wings I explain to her I apologized to the bartender and requested boneless. with an attitude she calls me a gringo and claims she doesn’t understand me while her friends sit at a table and laugh. Very disappointed in the whole situation but the bartender who handles all the customers needs a raise and...

We have been going to this place since it was Smokin Beauty. Always loved the vibe and the food. The last couple of times we have been there, it has been a pretty bad experience unfortunately. I really hate to leave a bad review, because the owners genuinely seem like cool people. Our visit on Feb 25 2024 will be our last. The wife ordered a burger and I ordered 10 wings. From the time we requested the order on the union app, until we got our food was 43 minutes. The place only had three tables with people inside, so it is not like they were super busy. When the food finally showed up, I mentioned to the woman coming from the kitchen if they were having staffing issues. She simply said "no" and went away with her grumpy face. Wings were cold,...
