Beautiful apartments, but the floors are very thin. Unless you are on the top floor you will hear your upstairs neighbor very clearly. If they have wood flooring it will sound like people are dropping weights on the floor all day. I have a very loud family above me on the fourth floor. They run/stomp, slam and bump around all day and into the night. Nice amenities though. Leasing is not too quick to respond to emails. If it’s important you may need to follow up with a call.

Dog poo in all of the grass. Parking spots are extremely tight anywhere close to the apartments and covered spots are pricey. If you have large packages I suggest scheduling to be there to sign for them. If not they risk being stolen and/or left in random places by delivery drivers who occasionally decide not to use the elevators. Appliances work well and look great. Good open layouts. Big windows for plants. Nice little patios with storage. All the kitchen cabinets you could ever want. Bath tub stains easy and is tough to clean, but that’s everywhere.

Located near a helicopter pad so you hear it loudly take off and land a few times a week. Not terrible. Close enough to food and shopping. No choice on internet/cable. Have to pay for community WiFi included in your rent. It’s decent. No complaints. All in all, almost $1,400 for a one bed and bath currently. It’s good for the price. Hard to find better for this price in Austin. Just wish I had the cash for a fourth floor apartment so I wouldn’t hear the herd above...

If I could give negative stars, I would. This complex is the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. From the outside, it looks nice, but don’t be fooled. Everything inside is made with cheap, low-quality materials that show wear and tear almost immediately. Elevators and hallways are filthy. I’ve had to bring down my own Swiffer twice just to mop the elevator floors because management clearly doesn’t bother with basic cleaning. On top of that, it feels unsafe to live here as a young woman. There have been times I’ve felt uncomfortable and unsafe because of the behavior of certain men around the property. For weeks now, I’ve also been dealing with a neighbor’s dog barking uncontrollably at all hours of the night. Sometimes from midnight until 3am. I filed multiple complaints, even identified the exact unit responsible, and management has completely ignored my emails. It has now been 16 days without a response. The lack of care is staggering. Between the sleepless nights, the filthy environment, the unsafe atmosphere, and the shoddy construction, this complex is a nightmare to live in. This is the first review I’ve ever written, but at this point I feel like it’s the only way to get any attention. Maybe posting publicly will finally elicit a response from management, since private emails have clearly gone ignored. I recently had the pleasure of touring a new apartment community, and I must say, it was an incredibly positive experience! One of the highlights of my visit was meeting Avery, the leasing agent who accompanied me throughout the tour. Avery's friendly and welcoming demeanor immediately put me at ease, and their knowledge and expertise made the entire process enjoyable.

Avery was not only informative, took the time to understand my preferences and needs(Jerrica was great also)! She showed me various options within the community, ensuring that I had a clear understanding of each apartment's unique features and amenities. Avery's attention to detail and willingness to answer all my questions truly made me feel valued as a potential resident.

Moreover, I was impressed by the well-kept and clean community I observed during the tour. The grounds were beautifully maintained, and it was clear that the management took pride in creating a comfortable and inviting living environment. From the landscaping to the common areas, everything was in excellent condition, which further solidified my positive impression.

Overall, my experience touring this apartment community was exceptional, largely thanks to Avery's outstanding assistance. Their friendliness, attentiveness, and willingness to go above and beyond made a lasting impression on me. I left feeling confident that this community would be a fantastic place...
