I visit this particular subway fairly regularly, when picking my daughter up from school. Typically my experience is nothing to write home about. On an average day they are out of most bread and some of the other items on the bar. I usually don't let that affect my experience because it is supposed to be a good time with my 7 year old. On most visits a few young men are working there and their personalities and kindness make up for the lack of preparedness. Today was a deal breaker.
I started my visit much like the prior visits. I was told that they only had wheat bread. Not ideal, because I like italian herb and cheese, doesn't everybody, but not a deal breaker. The young lady complimented my daughter when we walked up, "how adorable" she said. I made a quick joke and and said, "awww thanks" knowing full well she was talking to my daughter she played along. She proceeded to start making my sandwich. I like heavy mayo on my sandwich so I asked for it after the meat and cheese. She obliged but ran out of mayo in the squeeze bottle after a small amount was dispensed . I thought surely she would go and refill it but that was not offered. That was still not a deal breaker. We complete what we will call "the" sandwich because it certainly wasn't "my sandwich at this point as so little of the options I like...

Waited a moment, saw both employees come from the back, one even came out to sit on the window area outside the store. I went in the store after sitting in my car a few minutes. I was ignored by the female staff member, the male who had been sitting in front of my car came in behind me and told me they didn't get my order only the notice that they had a curbside order (complete with description of my vehicle) so I had to walk him through making my order. The female still ignoring the fact there were 2 sandwiches that should have already been done. My order was completed with not one single apology or even a reason for this. I worked food service for years and that would never be accepted. At the least they knew I was there to pick up an order and could have said they didn't get the full order and could I please come in so they could make it! She ordered chicken bacon ranch and pretty much got what she ordered but I on the other hand, ordered a turkey italiano and did not get what I ordered. As far as protein goes, there was only turkey meat on my sandwich. Not the 3 meats that are supposed to be on it. I ordered extra cheese and there was no cheese on it. And then I’m not sure if they mixed up what I wanted on my sandwich with what she wanted on her sandwich but none of the toppings were correct on mine.They were jalapeños and I didn’t ask for any. I asked for extra onions and there were none. I called back to speak to an employee and there was no answer for the rest of the day. Not a good experience. The staff was also rude when I went to pick up my sandwiches.
