You will not be disappointed with your Lake Austin/Lake Travis boat day experience if you book with FloatOn! I've used several different Austin boat companies over the years and FloatOn has easily been the easiest to work with, was most flexible and has offered the strongest customer service! Booking with FloatOn is also a step above the rest. I decided to do a spontaneous Lake Austin boat day with some friends who were visiting on the day (Friday) before we wanted to be on the water (Saturday). I was able to reserve a 4HR slot on the mobile browser in under 10 minutes and was shocked that my reservation was immediately confirmed and ready to rock at our preferred time the next day. I was sure they would call to tell us it was too short notice or that their fleet was booked up - but the only call I received was from my captain confirming pickup time and guiding us to the right parking location. We were actually running about 20m late for our reservation and our Captain let us know that he could be flexible because there weren't any rezzys for the boat immediately after our reservation...so he let us adjust the timing of our reservation without penalty (really fantastic customer service). We got our full 4 hours despite starting later than we had booked. Captain (Jason - he was great!) offered to help unload cars and welcomed us to a spotless boat with plenty of empty storage space for our things. The cooler was stocked with some water bottles and a surprise bag of ice too. Our Captain let us plan our route/timing, encouraged us to connect our own playlists, pulled the bimini up and down as we needed for shade and even had a few bathroom stops planned right when we needed them! I especially loved how attentive he was to refilling our beverages from the cooler and suggesting different things to see or do around the lake. He pointed out some celeb homes and made sure we got in everything we wanted to do. Seriously, so impressed. Thank you FloatOn can't wait to book again...

Extremely happy with my experience renting from FloatOn. When I had questions as I was deciding which company to book with, I called their phone number and it was immediately picked up by someone who thoughtfully answered all my questions. On the day of the rental itself, our captain Jay proactively reached out with details and was very clear with when and where to expect him. On the water, Jay was excellent. He gave myself and my 10 friends a wonderful day on the water, and listened to our input of what we’d like to do. You could see his thoughtfulness in how he piloted the boat, slowing down when there were big waves or steering around them to avoid giving us a bumpy and wet ride on a pretty choppy day. We scheduled a 3 hour cruise around Lake Austin with Boat On so that my kids could see the lake, relax, and enjoy some water skiing. The weather was less than ideal the day we scheduled, and Float On called asking if we wanted to reschedule to another day with better weather. When that happened, I knew that we were in great hands. They cared so much about our experience.
