Tldr: wasted 8 months of my life and the only thing I have to show for it is worsening health and more damage to my body.
My case worker ignored me for months by sending all my emails to her spam filter. My ATP told me they were going to get the order in by the end of 2022 (which is what I needed because I had met my out of pocket). Didn't hear squat for 6 months. Finally got in touch with the owners: Kelly and Nick. Kelly said she'd be in touch and still hasn't been, weeks later.
Nick did get in touch, aaaand blamed a chronically ill employee for dropping the ball. "If during the last couple months you would have called our main line and complained, we would have realized that you were still in need of our assistance." If I had called? No, if THEY had checked on their customer, they would have realized. And I never stopped needing help: my DNA didn't rewrite itself to magically fix my incurable genetic condition. "We do have systems in place to prevent clients from being missed." Well, apparently these are woefully inadequate.
"As a courtesy, we can offer you a loaner wheelchair to use at no cost to you or your insurance while you wait for us to finish the process." Nice thought, but ultimately they were unable to provide what I needed, supposedly due to "low reimbursement." I could have spent that time working with a vendor who was willing to provide...

I knew my bed at home wouldn't work and was unsure about our reclining sectional. And I needed it tomorrow morning, December 27th, in the middle of the holidays when even pizza places and chinese restaurants weren't answering their phones. Anyway, long story short, Hadi assured me he had me covered and that he'd have the correct bed with the correct mattress at my house in time. And he did exactly that, the bed was set up and ready to go when I got home! And 2 weeks later it's still the only place in my house where I'm comfortable, I'm in the bed pretty much 24/7. Hadi was a reassuring voice when I needed one and came through for me with exactly what I needed. And at a reasonable price, even though I wasn't about to argue, I'd have paid whatever was asked... Anyway, Thank You to The Kerring Group, and Hadi in particular for making a potentially difficult situation easy...
