This is my favorite Home Goods store because of Jennifer. So when you go, look for Jennifer she will help you out. Jennifer is easy to talk to, helpful in making suggestions and patient. I needed a rug for my living room as I was transitioning from having an apt with carpet to a house with laminate wood floors. I had already looked for rugs at multiple places. She gave me what to consider about a rug that size (explaining it was truly by preference) and she said I would like it. Jennifer explained their return policy of 60days..I think so I didnt have to feel like I would be stuck with a $200 rug that I hate. She also explained why I should consider a non-slip pad for the rug and even how to carry the rug to my upstairs living room. While asking Jennifer questions, she told me how she furnished her house with items from Home Goods because of there vast selection and quality items. From my first interaction with Jennifer in mid-August, I came back many times to buy door rugs, mirrors, a bench, footstool, faux flower, etc. Each time I came back I looked for Jennifer to show her pictures of the progress of decoraring my home and get her advice. I had a real orchid for my kitchen table (which died after 1 month) and when I showed Jennifer she showed me the Home Goods faux orchid option and what could do to give it the height I was looking on the table and I am so glad she did. I have always liked Home Goods, but I like Home Goods so much more when Jennifer is there because it's like coming to get design advice and meet up to see a...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe super love going to homegoods! BUT WE ARE NEVER GOING BACK TO LAKELINE branch even if it's the closest one to our house. We got rung up and the lady told us they didn't have any bags and I said it was fine we just shoved everything back in our carts and had stuff even under the cart to make everything fit. She was apologetic and it was totally fine. Until we were pushing our cart out and this old judgmental lady in one of the cashiers hollered at us and asked if we were done paying. I was like, yes we're done and I continued walking, she went on and hollered at us and asked if we included to pay for the stuff under our cart and again I said yes, everything was rung up. She still didn't stop and asked one the cashier who rung us up if she included everything in our cart. The cashier yelled over and confirmed that she did. I just walked out and wanted so badly to curse at her and ask her if i looked like a thief to her. The nerve. What a b!+@#. NEVER GOING BACK TO HOMEGOODS...
