Target — Local services in Austin

After struggling for a month on attempting to fully connect my new Samsung sound bar up to both my TV/Cable box and my Blu-Ray player, Target came through. I'm not an expert with AV connections, but surely thought I had this figured out and spent over an hour on the living room floor trying to hook this darn sound bar up. The owner's manual for the sound bar may have well been written in Greek. It offered little to no help with what the missing link was to finally have sound provided from the bar to my Blu Ray player. Well I had a trip to Target planned for other household items so I thought I'd bring the owner's manual to the store with me and ask the electronics department for advice. Samsung was no help and when I asked Best Buy online for help they said I had to first buy something (yet I wasn't sure which cable I needed to buy, thus my problem). Al and Joe in the electronics department spent 20 mins with me going over my issue. They were beyond friendly, helpful and caring. They pointed me to a digital optical cable and Joe explained what I needed to disconnect and how to correctly reconnect everything. This store is great inside if a little small for groceries, but that is to be expected when you have sams heb walmart and hmart all within a mile or so, but apparently they have such a high problem with homless and camping in their parking lot according to security that even if you are waiting for orders or putting in and waiting for orders to do curbside like I do with my significant other after a long day of work that you can only sit on their property for an hour or so before she has to be rude and tell you no to camping. Personally I have only ever seen one person camping and they were very obvouious I come to the store multiple times a week usually early in the morning this is the second time in the evening the first I ended up not ordering because she was rude within 15 mins of me parking and before my significant other even showed up we took our bussiness to heb instead that day today we put in our order and canceled it after she got nasty and rude with my significant other I really hope the area is as not bad as she says kicking out multiple people every day for "camping" and "sleeping" I will keep my fingers crossed and pray for this location with its...

I’ve never had an issue with this target before. However, on my last day of coverage, I got medication to be approved to be picked up at this location. I work over an hour away from the store so I tried my best to get to the pharmacy before they close at 5 o’clock. I walked up to the pharmacy desk at 5:02 to speak to the pharmacist behind the counter. Both of the pharmacist ignored me and acted like I was not standing there, asking for assistance. Yes, it is technically past pharmacy hours however, if you are an associate of the store and someone being a customer ask you for assistance, you do not ignore them in any circumstance. Finally, one of the pharmacist behind the counter who was handling some medication, said they were closed. I attempted to speak to the pharmacist, however I was cut off several times with the pharmacist saying they were closed in a very rude manner. Yes, I understand. It’s the end of the day and you’re ready to go home. However there is no excuse to treat a customer like that. If someone is asking a question, where is your sense of compassion.
