Hands down the best bingsu in Austin!!! The owner and staff are wonderfully kind and welcoming, making the experience just as enjoyable as the desserts themselves. Every bowl was prepared with exceptional attention to quality and detail.

We tried the Black Sesame Bingsu, which had that deep, traditional nutty richness. The Gold Bingsu with Injeolmi was a true highlight!!! Soft, chewy rice cakes dusted with roasted soybean powder, perfectly paired with light, fluffy shaved ice. The Mango Bingsu came piled high with generous chunks of fresh, sweet mango that tasted like summer in every bite. And for chocolate lovers, the Chocolate Bingsu was pure indulgence. Rich chocolate shaved ice topped with fudgy brownie pieces and a sprinkle of Oreo crumble.

From the presentation to the flavor balance, each bingsu was thoughtfully crafted and absolutely delicious. This spot is a must-visit for anyone in Austin looking for an authentic and elevated Korean dessert...

New small business. Busy even in off hours. Bingsu, (shaved frozen milk) is the star here. also have coffee, juice drinks, and croffles (croissant dough in a waffle iron). Large portions but excellent presentation. The staff were working extra hard and there was a steady flow of customers. Very tasty and refreshing. Seating area needed a bit of cleaning, but I think they were short staffed and did not have a chance to pick up. Counter order, wait for order at table with pager, pick up at counter and self clean up to return the trays and serving cups near the entrance/exit. Worth the wait and a nice change. I did not ask about lactose...

Definitely the best bingsu in Austin. We went today on the Saturday opening weekend so it was very busy. We waited for a bit, but the owners came around and handed out drinks to those waiting. Definitely remember to be patient as they are still super new. I got the Wicked Half and Half and Injulmi croiffle and both were amazing. We’ve always gone to the Carrollton location when we are in Dallas , so I am so glad that they opened on in Austin. YOU NEED...
