Worst experience ever! I ordered a NEW dress for my daughter's prom, I didn't buy one that was in-store and had been tried on by others so I expected it to be that, NEW with nothing wrong with it. When it arrived the dress had 3 areas where it was coming apart (Pic#1). I immediately let the worker Dulce know and her only offer was to have those areas fixed for free while it was sent for alterations I was paying for. The day it arrived from alterations we went back. The 3 areas were fixed but there were still missing stitches, and areas now looked distressed as we viewed it BEFORE trying on because they blamed the issues were due to fitting her "tight". We took pictures of how it looked before trying it on when it returned (Pic#2) and I made her aware of it. She offered for me to leave it again and they would have it resewn again. I declined by this time I'm frustrated spending over $300 for a NEW dress and having these issues is ridiculous!!! Prom is the next day, I don't live around the corner and the day of is booked with getting other stuff done and pictures. The distressed areas were not in pic #1 and were not from the material stretching from her only trying it on. It looked how fabric looks when someone sits on concrete and slides. It didn't look like that when we sent it to alterations so I asked "Could it have gotten stuck in the sewing machine or was the sewing done and stitching removed and that was the outcome?" No they say and they take no responsibility for any of it. There's also a hole on the inside layer where it is not form-fitted towards the bottom of the dress. (Pic#3) But in conversations of me asking to speak to the owner, they say NO they can only relay messages to her. So after weeks of back and forth, relaying pictures and messages she takes NO responsibility for ANY issues and again blames the issues on it being form-fitted on my daughter yet there is still stretch in the material if needed. No call from the owner, no accountability, no apology, no money back after spending a total over $400 is just bad business!!!! I tried to support a small business but it was an absolute slap in the face and a complete headache. I honestly think she gave us the dress that was on display, and that's not what I paid for. My mistake was not having my daughter try on the dress the day we picked it up.
