Hole in the wall located next to a gas station that was a delight to randomly order from. I did place my order online and prepaid. When I got there the lady said they had not started cooking as the estimated time was 11:45 and I arrived at 11:40. Not much of a big deal but it made me wonder as a previous review mentioned a similar situation. In any case, the homemade tortilla was good, but my potato, egg, and cheese taco was a bit bland. I would suggest 2 tacos per person on average based on size and amount of filling. The green sauce was "that green sauce" we all love in austin. Two words: grilled tortillas. This place grills all their tortillas, and it tastes amazing. This place is more of a Mexican style (not Tex Mex). Burritos here are fantastic, cheap, and filling. Tacos here taste pretty good, highly recommend the barbacoa, but the tortillas are big and could do with a bit more filling. Everything is pretty fairly priced, and the grilled tortillas make everything much more tasty than your typical fare. One thing to know if you are dining in: it is a very small place that is meant more for take out orders and the only cooling is from a portable air conditioner. Loved the food and service! I ordered two Sopes to go during my lunch and they did not disappoint! Food was fresh and the sopes were great size. Very affordable and reasonable price. They are located next to a gas station. The area is a little sketch, yet, thats where the best food be sometimes. Lol. Their were two ladies in the place and they keep up really well with the taqueria.
