Saying upfront: Melissa (the one who does assessments is a jewel - she is great to work with and does her job with passion and great involvement). Sadly, after visiting two other therapists we were not very happy with their approach - they never did the massage before starting working out the leg. They only did it when we insisted. I am not saying they are bad, but all we wanted was Melissa. When I asked the receptionist to assign her to us next time, she told me it was not possible. I know it is not true as Melissa sometimes does therapy sessions when she can. We had to cancel all the upcoming sessions, because we really don't want to experiment more, just want to work with the therapist we requested. I am just curious if Matvey (the business owner) is okay with losing a revenue stream because a simple request such as choosing a therapist can't be accommodated.
