Ms. Blaise and her coworker that day refused to offer me service. Because I arrived 4:55 pm and they close 5pm. But wait. They offered a white guy after me and the others right before me. All the customers were white. One was behind me also. They said because it was now 5 pm they could not open my po box due to having to do their Truck deliveries. They continued to humiliate me in front of all the white customers by asisting them way after 5 pm. I went to Halle dale beach they would not advise me how to complain Online. Said 500 south Federal hey Halle dale I have to physically go there. They were shocked I did not receive service. This woman in Aventura was nasty. Ms Blaise or Blaire Was evil and condescending using her power and authority not to serve me and NO SUPERVISOR WAS AVAILABLE. SHE SAID come back 830 am in the morning when I drove 50 mins from parkland. I now am going to ups. Your customer service is nasty. No posting in the facility where to complain or call. This allows their workers to not care. I took pic to send you. She starts saying don’t record me I’m a federal agent against the law. I can do whatever I want with my phone. I wanted the photo to send to usps corporate. Rude heartless woman. Location was in Aventura...
Read moreI am extremely upset by the experience my companion and I had at the USPS branch tonight at 11:05 PM on April 12, 2025. This post office has always been our go-to location — the employees have always been respectful, kind, and even warm. But what happened tonight was simply unacceptable.
We asked to quickly take a photo of the sticker on our package — just to capture the tracking number, which was clearly visible on that label. It’s something simple and reasonable that we’ve done before without any issue. But the young man working there refused in an unnecessarily rude and abrupt way, with zero explanation or courtesy.
What happened next was even more disturbing — he aggressively threw our package into the container with such force that it slammed against the wall, making a loud noise that echoed across the entire post office. It felt disrespectful, careless, and frankly, hostile.
This is not how USPS should treat its customers. We were shocked, disappointed, and honestly saddened by this behavior. I sincerely hope that this employee is spoken to and reminded of the standards of professionalism and basic human decency. Everyone else at this branch has always been wonderful — but this one encounter left a...
Read moreI visited this location today around 4 PM and was surprised to see a sign stating the office was closed for a lunch break until 4:50 PM, despite the post office closing at 5 PM. This is very unprofessional. This left very little time for service and created a line of about 10 frustrated customers by the time the office reopened.
When it was my turn, I asked the front desk employee, Rachael, to place a “non-machinable” stamp on my wedding invitation envelopes—a request that has been easily accommodated at other USPS offices due to the nature of my envelopes as they have to be hand delivered. Unfortunately, she moved on to the next customer without addressing my request. Even after I repeated it, she continued serving others, leaving me feeling uncomfortable about asking a third time. I eventually left without the stamp and now just hope my envelopes arrive without issue.
As a resident of Aventura, I had hoped this location would be a convenient option. However, the lack of customer service and professionalism I experienced today was disappointing. For now, I will be returning to the Ojus office, which I’ve found to be run much more...
